– Pradesh Pradhan is a highly experienced field operations professional with over 17 years of experience in the market research industry in Nepal. Throughout his career, he has developed strong expertise in managing fieldwork operations, supervising large teams, coordinating complex research projects, and ensuring high standards of quality control across both quantitative and qualitative studies. Before joining our organization, he worked with a global research company, where he gained extensive experience in operational planning, nationwide field execution, and project delivery across diverse sectors.

-Currently, Pradesh Pradhan is working with us as Field Manager (Operations) – Nepal, where he plays a key role in leading and strengthening our fieldwork capabilities in the Nepal market. With his in-depth local knowledge, strong operational discipline, and hands-on management approach, he supports the successful execution of research projects across urban, semi-urban, and rural areas of the country.

-Pradesh has strong capability in handling large-scale nationwide studies in Nepal, including multi-location surveys, household studies, central location projects, retail audits, and customized field assignments.
